If you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, everything will be set automatically by choosing the option „Automatic settings“ (see figure). If you do not want to use CPROXY for some of the listed connections you can set it by using this option.

In case you are using any of the alternative browsers (Mozilla, Opera, FireFox, etc.) you must manually set your browser to use HTTP proxy at the address 127.0.0.1, port 3128 and SOCKS4 proxy at the address 127.0.0.1, port 9000.

You may find the settings in "Mozilla -> Edit -> Preferences... -> Advanced -> Proxies", see figure:
Opera
